Our service providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.

How we use information

We use information to respond to quote requests; review project scope and photos; arrange site visits; provide project, scheduling, and customer-service updates; maintain business records; prevent fraud; comply with law; and improve our services.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you expressly opt in, Chief’s Dirtworks uses your mobile number to send conversational messages related to the quote, site visit, or project you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No sale or sharing of mobile opt-in data. We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose them only to vendors that deliver messages and operate our services, or when required by law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data sharing.

When information is disclosed
